Before you pick a plan

Is the 14-day free trial really free?

Yes. Nothing is charged during the 14 days. A card is required to set the trial up, so if you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing starts on the plan you chose.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. iCounterSoft is billed month to month with no long-term contract, and you can cancel any time from the billing portal inside the app.

What does it cost to add my team?

Each plan includes one user, and extra users are US$39 per month each. There is no minimum number of seats, and you add them yourself from the billing portal inside the app.

Can I start on Standard and move to Professional later?

Yes. You upgrade from the subscription page inside the app and keep your existing jobs, customers, and price lists. Professional adds scheduling, DXF import and export, QuickBooks Online and Xero sync, and dealer commission.

Which plan should I start on?

Start on Standard if quoting is what costs you time. Choose Professional if you schedule crews, need your jobs in QuickBooks Online or Xero, or get CAD DXF files you would otherwise redraw by hand. Both plans include the drawing, pricing, quoting, and CRM workflow.

What does DXF import actually do?

It draws the countertops for you. On the Professional plan you import the CAD DXF file, iCounterSoft reads it and finds the pieces, cut-outs, splashes and seams, and shows you what it found. You pick the pieces you want and they are drawn in the editor, priced with your own price lists, and ready to quote. You are not tracing the template again by hand. DXF import is a Professional feature at US$149 per month.

Is there a setup or implementation fee?

No. You set iCounterSoft up yourself without buying an onboarding or implementation engagement, so the monthly price is the price.
