Template to quote
Once a kitchen has been measured and templated, you should not have to describe it all again to prepare the quote. Enter it once and keep working from the same job record.
Keep templating on site with the kit you already use. On Pro, the digital template can go straight into the drawing editor as a CAD DXF file. On any plan, you can draw the run from the site measurements instead.
Draw runs, returns and islands, then add their cut-outs and details. Choose millimetres when you create the account, and the dimension fields, dials and default slab size will use them too.
The estimate uses the drawing. Change a cut-out or length and its price line changes too. Upstands and splashbacks are priced as material, while VAT appears in its own section on the customer document.

Based on your account country
Choose United Kingdom when you create the account, and iCounterSoft uses UK trade terms automatically. You do not need to change a setting. The terms come from the account country rather than a separate translation file.

Choose the United Kingdom at signup and the account uses GBP. Quotes, invoices and price lists show pounds rather than a converted figure.
You can use VAT as a tax code on pricing. Customer documents also show VAT in its own section, so the tax is easy to find.
A deposit request shows your sort code and account number, along with the line "This is not a VAT invoice". It does not use the BSB or routing number found on a generic template.
Subscriptions are charged in US dollars. Standard costs US$70 a month with one user included. Pro costs US$149, and each extra user costs US$39. Your own quotes and invoices stay in pounds.

Yes. Choose millimetres or inches when you create the account. The drawing follows that choice, including dimension entry, edge and cut-out dials, thickened-edge notes in mm, and the default slab size. Metric accounts start with a 3000 × 1500 slab instead of 126 × 59 inches and price by square metre and metre rather than square foot.
Yes. Choosing the United Kingdom at signup sets the account to GBP, so quotes and invoices show pounds. You can use VAT as a tax code, and customer documents show it in a separate section. The account tax field is called VAT registration number. A UK pro forma shows the sort code and account number with the line "This is not a VAT invoice".
Yes. The terms come from the country on your account, not a separate translation file. For UK accounts, Hob replaces Cooktop, Upstand replaces Splash, Metre replaces Meter, Topmount replaces Drop-In, Colour replaces Color, Postcode replaces Zip Code, and VAT registration number replaces Tax ID. Customer documents use the same British spellings.

It covers edge profile, splashback and upstands, hob, sink and socket cut-outs, tap holes, drainer grooves, window sills and finish. iCounterSoft prices upstands and splashbacks as material instead of putting them in a general extras bucket.
